Certifications & Compliance
Riviera Services holds all required UAE trade licenses for the full range of services we provide, and operates in strict compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, TRAKHEES requirements, UAE Civil Defence guidelines, and relevant federal environmental and public health authority standards.
Our pest control operatives are certified by the Pest Control Association of the Arabian Emirates (PCAAE) and hold Dubai Municipality approved applicator licenses. Our disinfection services are carried out using Dubai Municipality-approved biocidal products. Our systems installation division operates with SIRA-registered engineers for security and surveillance systems. Our water tank cleaning services are documented and certified to Dubai Municipality health and safety standards.
We conduct regular internal quality audits, maintain documented service records for all client sites, and provide compliance certificates upon completion of regulated services.
